  Residents of all countries are eligible globally, so long as they meet the eligibility criteria and any other requirements as per the terms & conditions.

• How long is the status valid if my status match request is approved?

  If your request is approved, you will receive the Gold membership for 1 year after signup.
  
  You must requalify for Gold status on merit to retain the benefits of Gold status beyond the initial 1 year Status Match offer.




• Are there fees to apply for the Status Match?

  There is no application fee.




• How long does the Status Match offer run for?

  Club Avolta and StatusMatch.com reserve the right to end or amend the campaign anytime.




• What information do I need to participate in the Status Match offer?

  To participate in the Status Match offer, you simply need to apply, provide details of your loyalty membership and use a valid email address where we can communicate with you.

• How soon will I have my new Gold status after applying for a Status Match?

  You will be informed within three (3) business days following your submission of the requested information and documentation, whether or not your status match has been approved. Once approved, the gold status may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.




• What benefits and privileges does the Gold status offer?

• What happens if my application is not approved?

  If your request is not approved, you will be notified by email from StatusMatch.com within three (3) business days after we receive your request.
